What do we consent to when we climb the corporate ladder and bow to the almighty promotion? What remains of us once the contract is signed and sacrifices are made?

“Blood Pact” examines the corporate world’s stark and unflinching parallel to the underworld, where ascent and promotions are bartered through total surrender. It depicts the fracture of corporate power through a polished boardroom, the imposing executive desk, and the Faustian gallery of framed ambitions. The scene becomes both stage and trap, collapsing distance between the living world of business and the infernal one that underwrites it.

Five branch managers sit around a vast table and sign contracts in their own blood. With each stroke they sell their labor, loyalty, and souls for advancement. The company’s owner is seated at his desk, but his two helpers do his bidding by guiding the managers through signing the contracts. The owner is surrounded by emblems of temptation, exile, and the original bargain with bookcases holding statues of serpent forms, fallen angels, and an apple.

Once the pacts are sealed, the managers vanish from the room and reappear, trapped inside five Faustian picture frames mounted on the wall. Their images freeze in postures of eternal service. The floor then opens, revealing a fiery hell below, and the owner is unmasked as the devil who has orchestrated the entire transaction.
