At the heart of Enriched Realms is Darkfarms’ ability to reimagine internet memes as tools for cultural commentary. Works such as BATS Enriched with Death evoke a modern danse macabre, juxtaposing cartoonish figures like Pepe with medieval memento mori imagery. In Meme Order Enriched with Death, Darkfarms builds on this theme, embedding cryptic symbols and Hermetic references into a chaotic scene that invites the viewer to decode its layers.
