Become The Storm

Blue hour settled over the bridge as the blizzard began nearly blinding me in its wake. The clouds blasted through the lights right in front of my eyes, encapsulating me in lethal beauty. The storm is great, but I dare say we are greater; and so, when faced with the odds I tell myself

"Become the storm."

That is to say, dig deeper inside me and find the strength to create light where there is darkness and overcome. What we are truly discovering in these moments is that we are perhaps a far greater force than we could possibly know.
