Kings Eternal

The pyramids historically have been a symbol of life after death as they were the resting place of the Pharaohs and their families. Shortly after this trip, I suffered the loss of my youngest and closest brother, one of the last things we did was look at photos from Paris and Egypt at home where we lived together and where I found him dead. I couldn't help but feel angry and cheated after his death, we were supposed to be kings, and we had so many dreams left unfulfilled.

In time I've been coming to peace with the idea that we will still be kings, only he will walk and climb alongside me in spirit. Death isn't final, it is merely the beginning of a whole new journey. Together we will see the world and his spirit lives on through my art, now I get to fight for both of our dreams.
