Hold This Moment Forever

I didn't know it would be the last time I'd see two of my best friends before incarceration and my life changing forever. The night came and it was decided that I would venture alone to conquer the second side of the famous Crescent City Connection bridge in New Orleans. I climbed into the night, emerging at the top to mystic fog settling in over the mighty Mississippi River. As daylight drew its first breath, the fog swept in, wrapping me in the midst. We took the drone to the skies, maneuvering it through the clouds to capture the scene-one an insignificant human being exploring the greatest elements of a limitless universe and returning to the ground far richer inside than when he had first left.
