A balloon is a mundane object at first glance, yet it contains a quiet contradiction. It can be playful and light, but loud and scary at the same time. In Heavy Air, the balloon becomes a vehicle for paradox. This dichotomy makes the balloon a perfect instrument to explore contradicting ideas, unexpected behavior, which in essence are fundamental aspects of surrealist art. The series will be released on March 17 as part of the final chapter of The Present.
